CASA ONT-SPANJE IN NERJA
In our newly renovated house in Nerja you can enjoy the beautiful weather. Nerja has a micro climate, so it almost never gets too hot in the summer. There is usually a pleasant breeze on our roof terrace and you can also put out a parasol. It is wonderful to cook outside there, because there is a complete outdoor kitchen.
The interior spaces are equipped with air conditioning and luxuriously furnished. We feel at home there every time of the year and hope that you will experience it that way too.
Punta Lara, the neighborhood where the house is located, is located just outside Nerja, so it is usually nice and quiet. The center of Nerja is 3 km away and is easily accessible. There is a spacious communal swimming pool 150 meters away. Playa Playazo is 500 meters away.

How much does it cost to stay at Casa Ont-Spain?
The reservation system uses Dynamic pricing. This means that the price automatically adjusts to the season/holidays, etc.
During the holiday weeks the price is on average 140 euros per night, outside around 115 euros per night. This is including cleaning costs. The price includes use of water, electricity and other service costs. Bed linen and towels are also included.
Sometimes there are promotional offers that can deduct an additional 10-15% from the overnight price. Check at the bottom of the page if there is a promotion in the period you want to book and use the code!

A first impression of our home
EXPERIENCE YOUR HOLIDAY IN OUR LUXURIOUSLY DESIGNED FAMILY HOME.
When you enter Casa Ont=Spain you will immediately find the 2 spacious double bedrooms on the ground floor. Both rooms have air conditioning. In addition to a double bed, the front bedroom also has a bunk bed for 2 children under 12 years old and a foldable baby bed. Between the 2 bedrooms is the 1st bathroom with spacious shower and toilet.
On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with a relaxing sofa, wood stove for winter evenings, and a large TV with all the main channels and streaming services. Of course there is also well-functioning WiFi. The living room has a beautiful sea view and, especially in the winter months, it is nice to drink coffee in the morning on the balcony.
The 2nd bathroom is located between the living room and the kitchen. Always nice when you stay in our house with 2 couples! Here too there is a spacious shower with toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped, with refrigerator and large freezer, dishwasher, oven and sufficient household appliances to make cooking enjoyable. A washing machine is also built into the kitchen.
The best part is - as if it weren't enough - the roof terrace. You can easily reach it through the indoor stairs. At the rear we have constructed a nice outdoor kitchen, with dining table, gas stove and a sink with hot and cold running water. Behind the left cupboard door is also a small refrigerator and a dryer. In the summer it is wonderful to cook here and this is also possible in the spring and autumn. Unfortunately, the Kamado BBQ is not for rental use, but there is a Weber BBQ available to have your BBQ. On the other side of the terrace you can enjoy the breathtaking view from our house. You look out over the sea, the mountains and Nerja. The image can change every hour and it remains fascinating to gaze endlessly into space in one of the relaxing chairs available. Or read a book under one of the parasols. That is of course also possible. We bought this house because of this beautiful view. It is also enjoyable when the lights come on in the evening.
